All products can be returned for a full refund within 15 days after delivery. Halpé Tea will bear any shipping charges if we are responsible for the defect/fault of product.
When Halpé Tea issues the refund, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. We will not issue refunds by cash, cheque, or to another credit card or payment mechanism.
Products returned cannot be ‘exchanged to another product’ offered from our website, even in a condition where the defect of the returned product is due to fault of Halpé Tea. In this circumstance, Halpé tea would provide you with a new exact product free of Charge.
Products cannot be exchanged after the initial purchase, as there would be a large cost involved in shipping from Sri Lanka and also it would affect the freshness of the returned product that could not be re-sold to another customer.
Items returned must be in the original condition as sent by us, which includes tags and original packaging; Products that are used (unsealed product, torn or consumed) cannot be accepted as a returned product.
All goods will be inspected upon return. Therefore please make sure to pack it up properly in a way it doesn’t get damaged on the way. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our customer care team.
We cannot be held responsible for any item that has been returned to us by mistake. In the unlikely event that products are returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it back to you.

If you are using an alternative carrier make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.
